Dr Ben Crooke is a Specialist Anaesthetist working publicly and privately in southeast Queensland.
Dr Crooke graduated with a science degree from the University of Queensland in 2000 and his medical degree in 2004.
Dr Crooke completed his residency at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital and The Prince Charles Hospital Chermside.
Dr Crooke was awarded fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists in 2013.
Dr Crooke was appointed a consultant anaesthetist at the Department of Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in February 2013. He also works privately with Axxon Health.
Dr Crooke is particularly interested in ultrasound and regional anaesthesia, neuraxial ultrasound, assessment and management of difficult airways, transthoracic echocardiography, anaesthesia for trauma and critical care patients.
