Dr Jeffrey Singer is a full-time Specialist Anaesthetist practicing in South East Queensland.
Dr Singer attended The Pennsylvania State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with High Distinction and Honors in Chemistry. He then completed his Doctor of Medicine degree from The University of Pittsburgh.
Dr Singer completed two training programs, earning Diplomas from the American Boards of Internal Medicine and Anesthesiology.
In 2005, Dr Singer and his family moved to Brisbane, where he worked as a Senior Specialist Anaesthetist at Ipswich General Hospital. The following year he was awarded Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anesthetists.
Dr Singer’s special interests are robotic, urologic, gynaecologic, general, plastic, dental, endoscopic and oral maxillofacial surgery.
He continues to work part time as a Senior Specialist Anaesthetist at the QEII Jubilee Hospital and is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland School of Medicine.
Dr Singer also consults as an independent medical expert.
In his spare time, Dr Singer enjoys fictional writing. Two books, The Adventures of Nyedmund Q and Soldier Boy, have been recently published in New York City.
